ORIGIN of SAMPLE: Tonic/clonic seizure; spit samples collected on cotton rounds and a roll of gauze (ran out of cotton rounds). Clonazepam given after 2 minutes of seizure activity.
COMMENTS:
- Sample 1
- hydrated
- refrigerated between use
Afternoon training sessions. Changing locations of dummy canisters. Changing one thing at a time, Session 4 introduces one dummy canister in a different location on the wheel (position #1). In Session 6. the third canister is added in position #5. In Session 7, for the first time a 4th option is presented.
NOTE: It appeared to me during all sessions that Lily was actively seeking and finding a viable scent.
Session 7 was a Contamination Test. Did the "hot" film canister containing the sample contaminate the container that was used solely to hold the scent canister in all previous uses of the scent wheel? Because the container in position #3 had never been covered with a lid, no lids were used on any containers for this test.
